I am writing this review with immense gratitude and appreciation for the incredible hospitality extended to us throughout our stay. Each day spent at your hotel was made memorable and cosy, far beyond our expectations, thanks to the dedication and excellence of your staff. A special mention must be made of Housekeeping staff B. Simon, whose thoughtful and meticulous care turned our room into a sanctuary. Every day, we returned to beautifully arranged beds and a refreshingly serene atmosphere—his consistency and attention to detail were simply remarkable. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Srijita, your outstanding Guest Relationship Officer. Her professionalism, warmth, and sincere efforts to ensure our comfort made a profound impact on our experience. She truly embodies the spirit of exceptional hospitality. Breakfast every morning was a delight, thanks to the excellent service from Mrindi, Kartik, Arindam, Sahil, Sweety, and Jeni. Their cheerful demeanor and attentive service brought so much joy to the start of our day. Lastly, I must highlight the impeccable service at the lounge area, where Aridya (unable to recall) ensured everything ran seamlessly. Her extraordinary sense of hospitality and charm elevated our entire stay. In my sincere opinion, Simon, Srijita, and Ariya are invaluable assets to your establishment. Their pleasant gestures, positive attitudes, and dedication have not only made our stay unforgettable but have left us with a lasting impression—and a strong desire to return. Thank you once again for making our stay at Hyatt truly exceptional.

I booked the hotel for 3 to share a room. In fact I was also made to understand that an extra bed could fit within the room. However when we tried to fit the extra bed in, there was no room to move. I brought in up with the assistant manager Kartik who immediately offered an upgrade at minimal additional costs.

The room was impeccably clean, which made my stay extremely comfortable.A special mention for Mr Ramlall for this exceptional service; and ensured everything was spotless and attended to any requests promptly. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Every morning was a delightful start to the day thanks to the quality and freshness of the food. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly sympathique and welcoming. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

My son and I recently enjoyed an unforgettable two-weeks stay at the Hyatt Regency Chennai, and I must express our immense satisfaction with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. However, I feel compelled to highlight the exceptional service we received from the restaurant team, particularly under the leadership of Mr. Anand Raj and his assistant Sahil Sen. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout our meals, we were attended to with genuine care and attentiveness by a remarkable team, including Avhi, Vimal, Biplab, Rajesh, Mukund, Vishnu, Swati, Jennifer, and Elcy, among others. Their impeccable service enhanced breakfast served was not only delicious but also a testament to the culinary expertise of the team. Dependra Singh's attentive service and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were truly commendable. Furthermore, Chef Kalidass deserves special recognition for crafting such delectable dishes that tantalized our taste buds each morning. His culinary skills and attention to detail were evident in every bite, and we were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. While we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hyatt, we couldn't help but notice that the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Despite the overall comfort and ambiance of the accommodation, there were a few areas that appeared to have been overlooked during the cleaning process. However all Housekeeping team was amazing and well mannered!Moreover, I cannot praise the front desk staff enough for their unwavering helpfulness and efficiency. The concierge team, led by Jalaludeen and Vijay, consistently went above and beyond to cater to our needs, despite my regrettable lapse in remembering all their names.

The food and restaurants were fantastic! I would personally give five stars to the food! the location is certainly ideal. The atmoshphere, the welcoming from the staff were excellent! The spa was terrific!
