We got discount for our dinner for the first night of stay. The buffet was very very good. The spread was amazing and it fulfilling! Breakfast spread was good and had minor changes everyday to keep it interesting. They were serving hot badam milk, which was our family's favourite. Staff during the breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Avhi, Mikund and Karthik for going an extra mile. We also ordered dinner to the room and it was very delicious and staff was helpful. We also ordered cakes and cookies from the lobby cafe, it was delicious. Our family and friends enjoyed the cake and cookies. Overall, it was a great experience and we would like to stay at Hyatt next time!

The room was spacious with all the amenities one would need for a business as well as family vacation. I was able to comfortably take a couple business calls in peace and quiet within the confines of my room. Due to where the hotel is situated, it is well connected to many important locations like the US Consulate and the VFS Office. The metro station AG-DMS is also barely 100m away. The food is quite good, especially from Stix. Overall, I am satisfied and would stay here again, given the need to be in this part of town again.
